As part of this strategic realignment and to support our growth, the core SharingOS team will be relocating to Hong Kong. To ensure our existing SharingOS platform continues to provide you with stable and reliable service, we will transfer the platform's maintenance, support, and future updates to our affiliated company in Hong Kong, Agri Carrier Limited.

This transition is a key part of our strategic evolution, designed to allow each business unit to develop with greater focus and efficiency. Your service experience will remain unchanged, as Agri Carrier Limited will uphold our consistent service standards and continue to provide you with technical support.

Key Changes:

1. Service & Support: Effective November 15, 2025, the daily maintenance, customer support, and technical updates for the SharingOS platform will be fully managed by Agri Carrier Limited.

2. Contracts & Billing: All future invoices will be issued by Agri Carrier Limited. This change does not affect the terms of existing contracts or the rights and obligations of either party.

3. Points of Contact: Your current account manager and technical support contacts will remain the same, ensuring continuity and smooth communication.
